How to use the PBM Fitness Online Web Support System

Using the PBM Fitness Online Web Support System is quick and easy.

Step 1: Simply log onto the PBM website, http://www.pbmfitness.com.au/service and select the Consumer or Commercial Support Button.

Step 2: Fill in the details. This information allows us to promptly asses your request. Please enter as much information as possible to assist your request promptly.

Step 3: Submit form.

Step 4: Print form for your records.

Step 5: A Web reference number will be issued by email to confirm your request.

Step 6: You will receive a second email with your Job Reference Number which indicates your job is being processed by one of our support team members. File this and other communications with the submission form for ease of tracking your support request.

Consumers please note:

If you have not received your Job Reference Number within 2 working days please email: service@pbmfitness.com.au and quote your WEB Reference Number.
